About the job

Our growing team seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and support our founders and team members as we scale our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will identify and communicate with prospective buyers, qualify incoming leads, demo and pitch our product, and move prospects through the full sales funnel. In-person networking and occasional travel to conferences will be required. This position is fully remote but ideal candidates will be located in the Washington, D.C. region to allow for frequent in-person networking opportunities.

This role is designed for an individual with grit who thrives in a fast-moving setting; is exceptionally organized; and is excited to be working at the cross-section of advocacy tech and business development. We are looking for someone with a true passion for delivering results – all while having an excellent sense of humor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of advocacy organizations.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Salary and benefits

The on-target earnings for this position has an estimated range of $95,000 - $160,000 and will depend upon performance-based commission and bonuses. AdvocacyAI’s full-time employees are eligible to receive a benefits package including benefits and generous paid time off.
